Final costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
The standard shipping fee is €6. Shipping is free on orders over €80.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Refunds
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not available.
If you need to cancel your order, please email sales@candegin.com within 2 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after checkout.
If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery by emailing photos of the items, packaging and invoice to sales@candegin.com. Claims for damages or leaks require photos to be processed.
If your package is lost during transit, please report it within 30 days of the shipping date. After this period, we will no longer be able to issue a refund or replacement. For any concerns, contact us at sales@candegin.com.
For missing or damaged items, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
